Tres bel hotel, idealement situé. Chambre propre , spacieuse et lumineuse.
Le buffet petit dejeuner est copieux et d'excellente qualité.
Le personel est au petit soins.
Salle de sport bien equipé.
Sauna et piscine vraiment agreable.

We stayed here for 3 nights for leisure and I can safely say it’s one of the best hotels that I have stayed in Germany. The location of the hotel is perfect if you like to walk or use uber/taxi. The room we stayed was premium room with balcony to Dom and the view was worth it. Premium rooms have nespresso coffees and water which are replenished every day. You also have a barcode in the room which you can order several things to your room such as toiletries,pillows,cups etc. Hotel has an underground parking which has plenty of room so you don’t have to worry about not being able to park. Hotel has its own restaurant and a lovely atrium area which you can enjoy drinks and some snacks. Overall I was very pleased with the experience I had and highly recommend.

Schöne Zimmer und sehr schönes Hotel, die Lobby usw. sieht alles sehr schön aus. Nette Mitarbeiter, vor allem Tony an der Rezeption.
Aber, dass die Zimmer eine Klimaanlage besitzen stimmt nicht so ganz, es ist eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage und es kann an heißen Tagen dann trotzdem nicht sehr kühlend sein.
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und gut zu erreichen.

Great location, very convenient to grocery stores, cafe , museums, both U-bahn and S-bahn subways. Friendly staff, I had problems with the locker in the changing room in the spa area , the staff came to help right away.

Замечательный отель прямо в центре, все самое важное и интересное находится в пешей доступности.
Одно но, номера очень темные и света явно не хватало, иногда просто можно потерять вещи не увидев их на столе. Но для отдыха в дневное время очень подходит.
Дружелюбный персонал с отличным уровнем Английского.

Tilbrakte 2 netter i rom med balkong mot Berliner Dom. Fantastisk utsikt, flott rom. God frokost. Fint basseng for avslapning. Veldig god mat i atriumet (spiste middag her en kveld). Og veldig hyggelig personale over alt.

I visit Berlin pretty often since before the Aquarium existence and my experience has been so great at Radisson Collection Berlin so far. The staff team is always very helpful, nice and they really care about the guests. There is a manager called Raphael at the Hotel who is really the best of leading all the staff. As a staff leader, he also welcome us at the front desk making oneself available if we have any problem. We did have some issues but Thanks God he intervened!!! He solved issues right away to ensure us our best stay in the Hotel and in Berlin. A very good leader and a problem solver! His politeness and professionalism are outstanding!!! I bet he soon will be promoted to a new good position such a good asset he is for the Hotel. Moreover, the breakfast is amazing. The cleaning is ok. The beds and room are comfortable. The location is great! Very good valuable!
