Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich (vor allem bei der Rezeption) und hilft sehr gerne! Kommen gerne wieder 😊

I can't comment on the accommodations since we didn't make it that far but a note of caution related to their reservation service. I chose and paid for a refundable reservation that ended up not being refundable. I'm usually rather diligent about that since I have an older parent whose health is tenuous at times. ||We had to cancel our trip well within the cancellation window but were informed that our confirmation reflected a non-refundable reservation. Despite the fact that the rate I paid reflected the refundable rate and my confirmation including an easy link for cancellation, I didn't notice the small print indicating lack of refundability. Failure to do adequate due diligence is on me. I did go back into the reservation system to see if the rate was the same as when I reserved it and it was so I felt confident that I hadn't screwed up. ||The hotel's response to my explanation for the confusion acknowledged that it was confusing but wouldn't budge on their policy. No doubt that is their prerogative. Be very careful when you make your reservations. Review your confirmation thoroughly for consistency or consider different accommodations.

This hotel has a nice entryway. It’s very bright very nice. It’s attached to a café, which is really cute and has great coffee and pastries.After check-in you go up an elevator to the rooms. The hallway is very nice. It’s glass. You can see out side and then to your room, our room extremely green, gray dark browns very dingy very sad looking almost pathetic because it was just a garbled mess of color that didn’t fit the black hardware on everything was not a nice touch either you know it’s taste a very what I didn’t like is the bed had no cotton sheets. It was terrible. It was a wiry mix of. I don’tknow what polyester and something on a fitted sheet. Absolutely miserable experience there were things underneath it. I don’t know. I don’t know if a dog up the bed before we got there and left left debris all over and then they just put the sheet back on. I don’t know what happened but let me tell you the room was not clean when we arrived. We got out a quilt and put it over the bed to sleep on it was not a good experience. The room had 2 cups. It also had a coffee maker, which was nice, but we had no intention using it or just there for one night. The pillows were very hard. I brought my own pillow, I usually do so I didn’t have aproblem, but somebody would have the bed was spongy, but when you laid on it, you could bounce a dime off it. I slept poorly and I brought a sleeping mask. What’s nice about the room as it did have a light air porch to the that people were sitting in and smoking on, which is really annoying, but you could sit out there and that was nice. Also had a tableand two chairs in the TV a kitchen sink and a microwave. I think I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the kitchenette because we weren’t intending using it. The bathroom, however, was extremely small compared to the rest of the room. The room had open floor wasted space something I had never really seenin a hotel before it was kind of disturbing, but the bed underneath us also pulled out which we didn’t try to do that, but anyway, there was a type of storage next to the table and under that was a couple of other pillows and a polyester quilt which we used as a sheet because it was cotton my suggestion to this hotel is threefold first of all use cotton bedding, bottom line use cotton bedding use a cotton fitted sheet. Make sure you clean every room. Make sure your staff is liftingup that sheet and replacing it every time someone stays there your pillows need to be somewhere between medium firm and soft you should have one each and in every room. These are not expensive things. These are things you can do to make it a nice stay for someone I paid almost$200 no breakfast do you think I’m ever coming back absolutely not but you could do better and you should good luck to you in the future
